About Me

Tyler McKinnon is an elite level skills trainer who focuses on intense and game speed drill. His vast experience as a top trainer at I’M Possible has not only increased his knowledge of player development but has also improved his skills so he can demonstrate them properly.

Coach Tyler was a three-year varsity athlete at Freehold Township High School in Freehold, NJ. During his tenure here, he was fortunate to win a shore conference championship in the 2006-2007 season. In 2007 and 2009 Tyler also played in the State Sectional  Group 4 Central Jersey Championship games against South Brunswick and West Windsor Plainsboro South.

After high school Tyler played Division III basketball at Montclair State University from 2009- 2011. Tyler graduated from Montclair State University in 2013 with an honor status. In the summer of 2014, he interned at Impact Basketball Academy in Sarasota, Florida.

Upon returning home from his internship, Tyler started coaching and training multiple AAU and travel teams including Central Jersey Hawks and the New Jersey Renegades. Tyler also coached the freshman boys basketball team at his former high school from 2014-2016 and assisted at the varsity level.

In 2016 Tyler began as assistant trainer at the Impossible Training Northeast Headquarters in Colts Neck, New Jersey. He is a certified trainer under the Possible Training company. After relocating in late 2017, Tyler is eager to develop the skill and mentality of STACK athletes, to prepare them for the athletic careers.
