STACK Sports Performance Training Classes are for both the elite level athlete competing for a college scholarship or the boy/girl looking to get exercise and build confidence.
Our expert trainers know how to get athletes to the next level of their performance, as well as teach training details so athletes understand how to get maximum results.
Our Sports Performance Classes focus on improving athletes ages 7-18 with their speed, strength and agility. The STACK Professional Trainers are put through extensive training to assure their teachings are consistent and the best possible way to help our young athletes.
There is also a heavy emphasis on building our athletes confidence and self-esteem through hard work and helping them get in great athletic shape.
