This is a class for basketball players that want to be stronger jump higher and be quicker. There is no basketball in this class, this is specialized training for basketball players that want to get to the next level physically. We do also offer New Jersey’s and New York’s best private basketball training.

Athlete’s get bigger, faster, and stronger at a quicker rate than ever before.

In order to keep up with that trend, Stack has designed a Basketball Specific Training class to enhance agility, strength, power, mobility, flexibility, quickness and speed for young basketball players that want to be a Stack Beast. In each one of our hour classes, each athlete will get a comprehensive movement section, a vertical improvement and testing section, and body weight analysis coupled with light resistance strength training section. All three combined will progressively lead to better breakaway speed on fast breaks, movement on defense, rebounding, and overall performance on the basketball court.

Professional Equipment 

We use the latest equipment and techniques taught by our team of certified trainers. The equipment we utilize includes Vertimax machines, slide boards, box jumps, jump ropes, and more. We video record movements, measure vertical and other performance parameters. This program had delivered proven results in improving vital basketball skills. It will take jumping ability to new heights.

We have the ONLY state of the art basketball performance center in Bergen County. No other facility is like this in the area. We train professional athletes, high end college players, high school players and aspiring youth basketball players. We have a full court, a training court, turf and weights. This is a unique Basketball Sports Performance workout center where we offer an unmatched level of basketball training. This is not an AAU team that rents a church or a school gym, we are serious about our basketball. We also offer nutritional counseling that can enhance the experience.

What age group is this class for?

We offer this class for 4th grade through High School in similar age groupings.

What time or days are the classes?

The classes are 5 days per week Monday – Saturday. We exercise different muscle groups on different days. (lower body, full body and upper body) The class times change seasonally, stop in or give us a call for more information.

What are the costs?

The cost is based on how many times the athlete will attend per month. STACK Basketball players get a discount and can inquire within. We also offer private training.
