Speed|Agility|Strength (Ages 7-11)

STACK Sports has Youth Speed and Agility Classes for athletes ages 7-11 is conducted in 60-minute sessions. Our classes are for the serious athlete who wants to be pushed past his/her limits or an athlete who is just starting out in sports and wants to keep active. 

Our class is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. This program places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance, and relative strength, and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, increased speed, better agility, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Our Sports Performance Classes also prepare young athletes mentally for what it takes to improve their speed, agility, strength, and overall athleticism. These classes are a great way to introduce the importance of training on the athletic attributes that do not require a ball.
