About the League
The STACK Youth Basketball League is for girls and boys grades 1st and 2nd. Our league is focused on giving young players a positive first basketball experience through learning, hard work, and having fun.
STACK Basketball has already positioned itself as a first-class organization that is all about teaching players important sports qualities like sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, and positive attitude. Now STACK wants to demonstrate this same level of professionalism with first-time basketball players so the proper foundation can be built through teaching the proper fundamentals from the start.
STACK Basketball in Mahwah, NJ is known for its state-of-the-art training facility, which is professionally run from top to bottom. STACK’s professional staff is very responsive and organized making practices, games, and training sessions always running on time. STACK takes a tremendous amount of pride in making sure all its players get enough opportunity to play basketball despite our kids and parent’s very busy schedule.
League Info
- 8 games.
- Schedule out in advance.
- Most games are played at STACK.
- No charge at the door.
- 2 full courts & training courts.
- Unlimited training included.
- No tryouts.
- Instructional games.
- 1 practice & 1 game per week.
- Professional coaching staff.
- Plenty of parking and seating.
- Games are played on 8.5 ft hoops.
Program Points
- Season goes from early December – end of February.
- Games are played on weekends.
- Practices are Tuesdays or Thursdays at 5:00 pm. (will choose one for season)
- Teams & League is Co-Ed.
- Skills Classes Tues – 6:00 pm, Thurs – 6:00pm , Sat 12:00pm.
- 12 Players Max per team.
