What is Team Sports Performance Training?
This is a training session focused on the teams overall speed, agility, strength and athleticism with a professional STACK trainer. In the team setting we normally train 12-15 athletes who are all trying to improve together as a unit. The camaraderie that is built while training as a team is something the without questions translates on to the field.
