Coach Ryan gives so much to each player and trains the importance of Team. Although the winning points of the game are not appearing on paper; the winning points of Team Playing is there on court. Coach encourages each player confidence to strive for the best within himself. The consistent drills and practices gives each player a role to know his strengths and encourages where improvements are needed. As a parent I’ve seen the difference with my son as he is outside daily rain or shine refining skills he has learned. There is an overall new recognition of game playing for him too. I am pleased with his progress. Coach Ryan has restored my son’s confidence. Also Coach has given him challenges to improve and my son has taken this to really work hard to give his all.
