I wanted to thank you so much for not only the excellent job you did in coaching Robert but more importantly for the quality basketball program you have created. What I appreciated most is your style of a skill that I have implemented in my young coaching days. It is called “sandwiches”. Positive reinforcement followed by constructive criticism back to positive reinforcement. I watched closely all season long how your players reacted to your style. Keep up the great work!!
